Ocean Ad-Ventures is first and foremost about THE CREW. The Crew members who are actively working on our Yachts, the Shore Teams, as well as you, the temporary Crew members who book our trips and become part of the Crew for a couple of days a year. Requirement for becoming a skipper on one of your Yachts is besides the right mindset, a RYA Yachtmaster certificate or equivalent from another country, as well as minimum of 3000 Miles of professional sailing experience as a skipper.
On our cruises, chefs play a major role. Not only do they have to serve three meals a day, they´re also responsible for the provisioning in general which considering the remote destinations we operate in, is often tricky. In order to apply for a chef position on one of our Yachts, you should have experience cooking for smaller groups, be creative and improvising does not stress you.
At Ocean Ad-Ventures we love new projects, new ideas, new destinations. In order to realise those ideas, we sometimes depend on the help of people who like what we do and like to get financially involved. Investors, Yacht Owners, Touroperators, would be typical partners, but we´re open to every new idea you like to pitch us.
