If you’re dreaming of crystal-clear lagoons, steady trade winds, and riding in untouched locations only accessible by boat, then a Kitesurf or Wingfoil Cruise in Antigua & Barbuda might just be your perfect getaway.
This type of vacation is ideal for:
Kitesurfers and Wingfoilers of All Levels
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to progress your freestyle or wave-riding skills, Antigua & Barbuda offers the full range: from shallow, flat-water lagoons like Green Island to open-ocean downwinders off the coast of Barbuda. On a cruise, you’re always just minutes from the next great session — no cars, no crowds, no compromises.
Adventure Seekers and Nature Lovers
A cruise isn’t just a trip, it’s a floating adventure. Each day brings a new anchorage, a new island, and a new perspective. You’ll explore legendary spots like Cades Reef, Spanish Point, and 5 Islands Bay — and you’ll often have them all to yourself.
Sunrises on the water, dolphins at the bow, and stars above the deck. Life on board is simple, close to nature, and incredibly rewarding.
With space for just 6–8 guests, this is an intimate, social experience where everyone shares the same stoke for wind and water. No crowds, no rush — just pure riding and relaxed island vibes.
Best Kite & Wingfoil Spots during the Cruise:
Start in Jolly Harbour, Antigua – your launch pad to Caribbean adventure. Jolly Harbour is a beautiful natural Harbour with lots of local Restaurants and Bars as well as a big supermarket. A good place to top up on some special needs and wishes you might have for the next 10 days.
Cades Reef is the first Kite and Wingfoil Spot on our Cruise. Just one hour of easy sailing away from Jolly Harbour we anchor in the middle of that horseshoe reef. The spot is only reachable by Yacht and offers a first glimpse of the colours and quality of the kite and wingfoil sessions to come during the next days.
Green Island also only reachable by Yacht and perfect flat water conditions for Kitesurfers and Wingfoilers is the next stop on our cruise. Here you can launch from a small sandy beach or directly from the Yacht with the help of our Team. The spot is maybe the most well-know Kitespot on Antigua, since there it´s also the homespot of a local kiteschool.
Hells Gate Island– is just one out of many islands inside a huge lagoon on the north of Antigua. The entire lagoon is in fact a kite and wingfoil spot ready to be explored.
Cocoa Point on Barbuda is not only a beautiful anchorage with perfect caribbean water colours and extremely well protected, it is also small but very good Kite and Wingfoil Spot. You can launch from the perfect white sandy beach and have a blast in the lagoon just next to the Yacht.
Spanish Point – This spot is our truly special and our personal highlight on this cruise. We anchor on a special little place below all the other yachts and launch directly from the Yacht. Due to the special location of Anchorage there won´t be any other Kitesurfers or Wingers to share the spot with.
Maiden Island is the last spot of the Cruise and a huge bay with miles and miles of space around to explore. We anchor in the middle of this huge bay and launch our kites from the Yacht. This spot is also perfect for all beginners who like to have a first try kitesurfing or Wingfoiling. For all the none Kitesurfers or Wingers on the trip, there is a spectacular blowhole to discover on the entrance of the bay.
Best Sightseeing Activities during the Cruise:
Lobster Dinner on the beach of Barbuda. Not a real sightseeing activity, but a must have experience during every Cruise in the Region.
The iconic English Harbour, rich in history and colonial charm and the famous BBQ Party in Shirley Heights
Swim with rays at Stingray City, one of the island’s most magical wildlife encounters
What to Expect:
Daily kitesurf & wingfoil sessions in ideal conditions
Guided downwinders & boat support
Experienced skipper and kite/wingsurf coach on board
Relaxed atmosphere — just 6-8 guests on board
All meals included, freshly prepared with local ingredients
Paddleboards, snorkeling gear & good vibes available at all times
A KiteCruise around Antigua & Barbuda isn’t just for kitesurfers and wingfoilers — it’s a stunning experience for non-kiters too. Whether you’re into snorkeling over coral reefs, swimming in turquoise bays, exploring remote beaches, or just relaxing on deck with a book and a view — there’s plenty to enjoy. We stop at beautiful islands, visit local highlights like English Harbour or Stingray City, and there’s always something happening on (or off) the water.
For those who are curious about life under sail, there’s also the option to get involved in the sailing — take the helm, learn the basics of navigation, or help hoist the sails. So even if you’re not holding the kite bar, you’re still part of an unforgettable hands-on adventure.
