What You’ll Learn in Your First Lesson


Taking your first kite lesson at sea is an experience like no other—imagine learning in crystal-clear water, with your floating home anchored just meters away, and only the sound of wind and waves around you. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have only tried kiting on the beach, our approach is designed for all skill levels and absolute first-timers.

Your instructor will walk you through every step, starting with a relaxed safety briefing and a hands-on introduction to the gear. You’ll learn how to handle the kite, understand the wind, and practice basic control—first on the deck, then in shallow water right next to the boat. Unlike crowded kite schools onshore, you get personal attention and progress at your own pace, supported by a maximum of two students per coach.

As you gain confidence, we move to the water for your first real kite piloting experience: body dragging, relaunching, and (if you’re ready) even your very first water starts. All of this happens in calm anchorages carefully chosen for their safety, flat water, and steady breeze. A support boat is always close by to help and cheer you on.

Every lesson is adapted to your comfort and learning speed. You’ll finish your first session not just with new skills, but with the thrill of discovering a totally new sport in an inspiring, supportive environment.

How We Teach Kitesurfing at Sea


Our kite lessons are tailored to the unique environment of a kiteboarding cruise. We use a support boat for extra safety and choose anchorages with plenty of space and steady winds. Your instructor gives you guidance both from the boat and directly in the water. Small group sizes (max 2 students per coach) mean you get plenty of personal attention.
