The Exumas are a spectacular chain of more than 365 cays and islands in the Bahamas, surrounded by shallow turquoise water, white sandy beaches and remote anchorages. With very little development across much of the region, the islands offer a rare sense of space, tranquillity and natural beauty.
Exploring the Exumas by catamaran allows you to move between otherwise difficult-to-reach islands, discovering a different anchorage and new surroundings each day. The shallow waters generally provide relaxed cruising conditions, while the steady breezes create opportunities for sailing, kitesurfing, wingfoiling and unforgettable downwinders between the islands.
Our Exumas cruises are designed for active watersports guests, but they are equally enjoyable for non-riding partners, families and anyone looking to experience the Bahamas away from crowded resorts.
Our Exumas cruise explores a varied selection of remote cays, shallow lagoons, sandbanks and protected anchorages. The exact itinerary is adapted to the weather, sea conditions and interests of the group, allowing the crew to select the most suitable route for each trip.

Two beautiful spots are waiting for us on those islands. One of them easy accessible and situated directly on our anchorage. The other one, – an upwind ride through a shallow Lagoon of about 20 minutes away. The Scenery will blow your mind!
Warderick Wells Cay is surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters, untouched nature, and the protected landscapes of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. Enjoy a scenic hike with breathtaking panoramic views, peaceful beaches and unforgettable sunsets at anchor.
Nearby Sandy Cay feels like a tiny deserted island paradise, famous for its powdery white sand beach and shallow turquoise lagoon. It is the perfect spot to swim and relax or simply enjoy the incredible beauty, watercolors and tranquility of the Bahamas.
Staniel Cay, known for its famous Pig Beach, is a highlight of our Exumas journey. You have the chance to swim with the pigs and hang out together at the beach. Not far from here lies Sandy Cay, a peaceful island perfect for exploring. Later, we enjoy the evening at the laid-back Sailors Bar—one of the few moments we spend on land with civilisation during the trip.
Flights, airport transfers, alcoholic drinks, restaurant visits, travel insurance, watersports equipment rental and optional lessons or private coaching.
Sailing through the Exumas is known for its extensive shallow banks, turquoise water and generally protected cruising conditions. Many passages take place between low-lying islands, sandbanks and sheltered anchorages, creating a relaxed and visually spectacular sailing experience.
The passage from Nassau into the Exumas includes a longer open-water section, while the cruising conditions within the island chain are often calmer. As always, the route is adapted to the current weather, sea state and available water depth.
Guests are welcome to help set the sails, take the helm and learn more about navigation, or simply relax on deck and enjoy the changing scenery.
The true beauty of the Exumas lies far beyond the places accessible by road. Many of the remote sandbanks, hidden lagoons and uninhabited cays we visit can only be reached by boat. Travelling by yacht takes you directly into a world of extraordinary water colours, untouched beaches and anchorages surrounded by almost nothing but nature.
Each morning begins in a quiet bay with a swim in warm, crystal-clear water while the crew prepares breakfast. Afterwards, the day may unfold with watersports, snorkeling, exploring an uninhabited island or simply relaxing on deck and taking in the scenery.
Around midday, we set sail for the next anchorage. As the yacht moves through shallow turquoise lagoons, the colour of the water constantly changes—from deep blue to brilliant turquoise and almost transparent shades above the sandbanks. Along the way, there may be time to visit the famous swimming pigs, walk along a deserted beach or discover a cay that can only be reached from the water.
At sunset, everyone gathers on deck for a sundowner before enjoying dinner beneath the open sky. Far from roads, resorts and crowded beaches, life aboard offers one of the most immersive ways imaginable to experience the extraordinary lagoon landscapes of the Exumas.
The yachts we use for our cruises are thoughtfully designed for comfort and sustainability. Each cabin features a private bathroom and shower, providing privacy and convenience throughout the journey.
Additionally, the yachts offer multiple chill-out areas where guests can unwind and take in the surroundings. Electricity is supplied by solar panels, and we produce our own drinking water on board to avoid plastic bottles. These are far from standard charter boats—they’re built with purpose and care for the experience we offer.
The Meeting point and check in on the boat will be at Fort Montague, Nassau, in the evening. The next morning we will set sail and head to the Exumas, Little Normans Cay. After a 6-7 hour sail, we will have our first activity after lunch.
Y no olvides tu pasaporte.
