Our Yacht for the Atlantic Crossing UNHARTED is outfitted exactly to the needs of our adventure. On our 45 foot Catamaran every cabin has a private bathroom and shower, the Yacht offers different chill-out areas for groups of people to spread out and relax, electricity is produced by solar panels and we make our own drinking water to avoid any water shortage on board and to reduce plastics. The Catamaran is equipped with all the safety equipment needed for a secure crossing.
Overall, November offers a unique opportunity for a transatlantic crossing to the Caribbean with favorable winds and temperatures.
Trade Winds: In November, the trade winds start to strengthen as the hurricane season winds down. These winds generally blow from the east-northeast, providing consistent sailing conditions, perfect for heading from the east to the Caribbean. Based on weather conditions, we will adjust the route accordingly.
You do not need any sailing experience in order to join our crossing uncharted. You will become part of the Crew and learn how to sail the Catamaran. For sure there is enough time to do so 😉
